Record Retention
W.S.W. Foundation expects all employees to fully comply with any published records retention or
destruction policies and schedules. The law requires that W.S.W. Foundation maintains certain types of
corporate records, usually for a specified period of time. From time to time, IDA will establish retention
or destruction policies or schedules for specific categories of records in order to ensure legal
compliance, and also to accomplish other objectives.

Whistle Blower Policy
W.S.W. Foundations’ Code of Ethics and Conduct requires directors, officers, and employees to observe
high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities. No
director, officer, or employee who in good faith reports a violation of the Code shall suffer harassment,
retaliation, or adverse employment consequence. An employee who retaliates against someone who
has reported a violation is subject to discipline up to and including termination of employment. This
Whistle blower Policy is intended to encourage and enable employees and others to raise serious
concerns within W.S.W. Foundation prior to seeking resolution outside the organization.
